Accounts & Security

Using Vices Agency

By using our Services, you authorize us to process your data solely to operate, analyze, and improve your support.
Do not use our Services for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, or to violate OnlyFans or social media policies.
Usage limits may apply depending on your agreement.

Payments

Vices Agency does not charge fixed fees or subscription costs.
All Services operate on a revenue-sharing agreement established individually with each creator.

All earnings generated on OnlyFans remain the exclusive property of the creator.
Under the signed agreement (50/50, 60/40, 70/30, or up to 90/10 depending on management level), the creator transfers the Agency’s percentage after receiving her payout.

Unless otherwise specified, payments to the Agency are made weekly, in line with OnlyFans’ standard payout cycle.
No advance payments, deposits, or additional fees are required beyond the agreed revenue share.

Your Data

You own your content and personal information.
By using our Services, you allow us to process your data only to provide support, analytics, and account management.
We may collect anonymized usage data to improve our platform.

Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, and materials created by Vices Agency are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any feedback you provide may be used freely without restriction.

Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful or illegal activity, or if continuation is no longer viable.
We may retain essential data for up to 30 days after termination.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of specific results, earnings, or performance.
We are not responsible for platform issues, bans, outages, chargebacks, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Legal Matters

These Terms are governed by France laws.
Any dispute may be resolved through arbitration.
